Receiving timely relevant feedback is an important element of how people grow. Leaders are responsible for creating the right atmosphere for feedback, and to ensure that individuals receive useful feedback that helps them amplify their effectiveness.
Karen Willis and I have put together a printable guide to help people collect feedback and to help structure witting effective feedback for others.
The booklet is intended to be printed in an A4 format, and I personally love the hand-drawn style. Use this booklet to collect effective feedback more often, and share this booklet to help others benefit too.

Wright is an iOS app that allows you to practice modern calligraphy & hand lettering on the go. You can simply write with your finger on the digital practice sheets.
Wright v.1. is based on the Google font Cookie and allows you to practice lowercase, uppercase and numbers.
